Houses of Parliament and Provincial Assemblies (Elections) Order (5 of 1977), Section 11 — Representation of the People Act (LXXXV of 1976), Section 68 — Age of candidate — Disqualification if age of candidate less than prescribed — Effect — A person would not be qualified to be elected as member of Houses of Parliament or of a Provincial Assembly unless he was not less than 25 years of age — Election Tribunal could declare election of returned candidate to be void if it was satisfied that returned candidate was not, on nomination day, qualified for, or was disqualified from being elected as member thereof.
