Constitution of Pakistan 1973, articles 19, 20 & 25 —

Law permits reasonable classification and distinction in the same class of person, but it should be founded on reasoinable distinction and reasonable basis.

Constitution of Pakistan 1973, article 36 —

Protection of minorities — Injunctions of Islam, as cointained in Quraan and the Sunnah, guarantee the rights of minorities also in suchg satisfactory away that no other legal order can offer anything equal. [1993 SCMR 1718]
