Article: 221 Officers and servants

221. Officers and 1[staff].—Until 2[Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] by law otherwise provides, the 3[Election Commission] may, with the approval of the President, make rules providing for the appointment by the 4[Commissioner] of officers and 4[staff] to be employed in connection with the functions of the 3[****] Election Commission and for their terms and conditions of employment.
