Article: 42 Oath of President
42. Oath of President.-Before entering upon office, the President shall make before the Chief Justice of Pakistan oath in the form set out in the Third Schedule.

The Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 Developed by Zain Sheikh 
the oath of the presedent and prime minister of Pakistan should only be administered on OPENING BOOK OF QURAN. On that occasion both shoud solemnly delare not to violate the teachings of Quran.
