Article: 98 Conferring of functions on subordinate authorities
98. Conferring of functions on subordinate authorities.-On the recommendation of the Federal Government, 1[Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] may by law confer functions upon officers or authorities subordinate to the Federal Government.
