(a) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.203-D(3)(b), 203-F, 203-A, 203-G,     227, 29, 30 268, 2-A, 264 & 8–

But it would be necessary to remark that while acting under Article 203-D/203-F, it is not only permissible but also necessary to make use of the provisions of The Ressolution in the context of the Islamisation process; because besides being of Constitutional importance, it represents very important part of Ideology of Islam and in turn that of Pakistan also.
