Articles 120, 123 & 124 — Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1973, Rules 111 & 118 — Presentation of Annual Budget and the Supplementary Budget at the same time and in one and the same session was not violative of either the provisions of Article 120 of the Constitutiion of Pakistan or Rule 111 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, 1973 — No scheme of the Budget would
stand violated if both the budgetary statements, annual and supplementary were allowed to be presented on one and the same day and in the same session.[p. 407] C |
