Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Art. 14- Article 14 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan provides inviolable right to dignity of the man. Indeed injunctions of Islam and law of the land, are intended to protect and preserve fundamental right of dignity of man and privacy of home.
